The most interesting aspect of the work I do is interacting with brilliant people. Our employees are exceptional at what they do and they have incredible backgrounds and interests.


What motivates your work, what keeps you going?

One of our company values is "We are always learning". This resonates with my day to day work. I am motivated to continuously iterate, reinvent and improve how I do things at Formation.

What do you find most interesting about the work you are doing?

I am a problem solver at heart. Formation is a company of people all willing to roll their sleeves up and work together to find solutions. My colleagues all come from different backgrounds and it is interesting to hear different approaches to solutions and how everyone brings their talent to push the business forward.


What do you do to balance your personal life with your work at Formation?

It isn't always easy but this is a company that values personal time. When I decide to shut down, I get the time I need to recharge.
