Formation is seeking a Solutions Lead, with experience working with enterprise customers in the retail and travel industries. You’ll serve as the subject matter expert on applying Formation's technology for marketing use cases - in both internal and customer-facing aspects, lead customer discovery, building relationships and identifying gaps in current solutions, and partner cross-functionally on solution design and recommendations.
Machine learning at the core of what we do, and we’re already working with some of the largest, most admired global enterprise brands (e.g. Starbucks, United Airlines), creating a new standard for customer-company interactions that are relevant, engaging, and completely individualized. You will work cross-functionally to create use cases and business cases that synthesize our product’s capabilities with market needs for innovative customer experiences, and take a leading role in how we communicate and deliver these to customers.
