Sales Operations Analyst

Formation is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to manage and execute day-to-day tasks related to Sales Operations. The Sales Operations Analyst will be the subject-matter-expert for all things Salesforce and ensure we’re using our CRM as efficiently as possible. This role also requires experience and creativity in developing workflows that align to Sales Processes and larger business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive sales operational support for Lead, Contact and Account data management in Salesforce
  • Own administrative functions such as user management, profiles, roles, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management
  • Build automated workflows and processes within Salesforce that align to Sales objectives
  • Promote data cleanliness and accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing data migrations and adjustments as needed
  • Maintain frequent communication with owners to ensure changes to Salesforce are aligned with Business and Sales goals
  • Find opportunities for process optimization and development of policies to assist with internal organizational adherence
  • Develop operational measurements to identify business process issues and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges
  • Create key documentation for workflows and requirements within Salesforce

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with, and ideally administering Salesforce
  • Well-versed in building out sustainable processes within Salesforce
  • Strong technical aptitude, and understanding of sales processes
  • Strong attention to detail and care for data integrity
  • Experience working in software sales is a plus
  • Experience working with Pardot is a plus
  • Education: BS in Computer Science, IT, Math, Economics or relevant experience
