Formation's VP of Product, Ya-Bing Chu, sits down with Loyalty 360 CEO Mark Johnson to discuss the future of customer-centric marketing. In this interview, Chu stresses the importance of using machine learning to create 1:1 customer relationships. "Machine learning," he says, "can automate so much with ease. It can set aside assumptions that don’t reflect reality. If you’re generating millions of variables for an offer, you can’t rely on your human team to do the job."
